Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, & American Express-US addresses Only), Paypal (Credit Cards, echeck, and existing funds) and money orders (payable to Flexiblemolds) are accepted for payment. Western Union payments are also accepted.
Orders are
shipped via US Priority Mail (heavy packages may be shipped UPS). A tracking
number will be sent directly from USPS or UPS.
All orders to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped US Priority Mail.

Outside the U.S. please email for shipping charges. We are not responsible for packages once they are shipped, please contact your local post office.
You will receive an email (usually within a few hours) with the expected ship date. Orders ship in 1-4 business days. When your order ships you will receive an email from the US Postal Service (or UPS) with tracking information.
Orders will be processed once
payment is received.
DISCOUNTS:
Orders over $150 are eligible to receive a 10% discount and a flat shipping charge of $12.00. The shopping cart will automatically subtract 10% once your order reaches $150.00.
Custom Molds are not eligible for the discount.
The flat shipping charge is for
orders shipped in the US only.

RETURNS
Please email us at flexiblemolds@comcast.net for instructions before returning molds. Returned molds must be new (not used) and must arrive within 7 days of receiving order. Please wrap molds in wax paper or plastic wrap-molds wrapped in newspaper will stain and therefore a refund cannot be issued. Once received, a refund will be issued. A 15% restocking fee will deducted.
Custom molds cannot be returned.
Our molds are made of strong, flexible rubber. No release agent is needed. These flexible molds are for Candle, Soap, Plaster, and resin use (you will need to use release spray with resin). Some Soy & Veggie Waxes may be too soft and need to be blended with Paraffin wax for best results. The molds can withstand temperatures up to 300 degrees (not that you would heat wax/soap that hot!). Molds cannot be used in the microwave or oven. NOT FOR FOOD USE. Mold Care Instructions are included with each order.
3D MOLDS WITH SLITS
Most of our 3D Molds come with a slit (or slits) and are held together with bands. The slits are intentionally cut in the molds and make it easier to remove the finished product from the mold.
